I’m a full-spectrum doula and certified lactation and placenta specialist with over five years of experience in encapsulation, having supported hundreds of families across ABQ and Rio Rancho.
Placenta encapsulation involves taking the placenta after childbirth, carefully preparing it, and transforming it into capsules for a new mother to take during the postpartum period.

As a certified placenta specialist, I come to your home, treat the placenta with care, and create something designed to support you during a vulnerable, transformative time. Because the placenta is a biological organ, proper handling, sanitation, and dehydration temperatures are essential. I am certified in placenta encapsulation, blood borne pathogens and food safety handling.
